El tema que suena de fondo en el anuncio de Telefónica, con el muchacho buscando apuntes en internet (la vuelta al cole está aquí, chicos), es Oh Mandy, de la banda estadounidense The Spinto Band, y pertenece a su álbum Nice and Nicely Done (2005).

The Spinto Band es una de esas muchas bandas que suelen hacerse famosas por una canción. Oh Mandy, a pesar de no haber sonado demasiado en las radios de nuestro país, es uno de esos temas que recomiendo a aquellos que quieran escuchar algo fresco y nuevo. Realmente es una canción que desde el principio transmite muy buen rollito.

Os dejo con la canción y la letra de Oh Mandy. Espero que con ella quede atrás la infame campaña de Telefónica con esa versión cada vez más deformada inspirada en Daft Punk, porque el último anuncio, el de verano, me dio ganas de investigar quién fue el responsable de hacernos sufrir estos últimos meses y hacérselas pasar canutas.
